When prepared to cook, set temperature to 250 and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

If your butcher hasn’t accomplished so currently, remove the silverskin on the back of the ribs and trim off any excess unwanted fat.

Season the ribs on all sides with Traeger Pork & Poultry rub.

Arrange the racks of spare ribs on the grill grate, bone-side down and cook for 3 to 4 hours.

Soon after the 1st hour, spray the ribs with apple juice. Spray each hour after that with apple juice.

Soon after cooking for 3-4 hours, brush the ribs on all sides with Traeger BBQ sauce of your decision.

Return ribs to the grill and cook for an additional 30 to 60 minutes to tighten the sauce.

To serve, minimize each slab in half or into individual ribs and serve with added BBQ sauce on the side. Enjoy!
